Training is essential!
Name any skill you master and most probably you needed some type of training to reach the current level. The time a person needs to master a skill is depending on several things. The two most important are the quality of the training and the quality of the person delivering that training. We at DGMBaltic strive to reach the highest quality level for both training and instructor. The tools we use for that are a combination of internal training and quality assurance programs. These tools give us an overview of our performance, the results and feedback from our students and a guideline for continuous improvement.

We offer On-Site training on request. In case a special program is desired, our school will work with you to develop a tailor made training program that suits your needs and is in compliance with national and/or international requirements.
